Upon placing an order, you will receive updates on its status and shipping details, including the tracking number (via email) once the order has been dispatched.
Currently, our delivery services are available only for locations within the UK.
Processing begins on the date the order is placed. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) to process orders. Once processed, we will proceed to shipping. Every effort is made to ship your order quickly. The deadline for placing orders is 2:00 PM (GMT, Greenwich Mean Time, London).

Our items are typically sent via trusted couriers such as Hermes, Parcel Force, or APC.
For larger item deliveries, we use verified third-party logistics companies specializing in large, bulky item deliveries.
For heavier items, customer assistance may be required to help the driver. Delivery is strictly to the ground floor for insurance purposes.
We ask that you check the items before the delivery driver departs, to allow for easy returns in the rare event of damage.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you don't receive this email, please reach out to our customer service team. If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (Cheshire Furniture Outlet Ltd) at the customer’s expense. This includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at Info@cheshirefurnitureoutlet.co.uk or call us at 01928712939.
Please inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.
We regret that you wish to cancel your order! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will provide a full refund upon cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to request a refund after receiving the order. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
