Processing begins on the date the order is placed. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) to process orders. Once processed, we will proceed to shipping. Every effort is made to ship your order quickly. The deadline for placing orders is 2:00 PM (GMT, Greenwich Mean Time, London).

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (Cheshire Furniture Outlet Ltd) at the customer’s expense. This includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
